Fun Fold Friday- Cup of Tea Take Care of Yourself Card

 

Fun Fold Friday with the Cup of Tea stamp set! This card shows off really well the New In Color, Starry Night, the Teacup Dies, and the Tea Boutique Designer Series Paper. 

This card was inspired by a recent swap. I just changed the center image and stamp set, but the layout was 100% CASEd. 

What I love about this card is that the inside message is also the outside message!

Adhesive- Dimensionals, Liquid Glue, Stampin' Seal+

Measurements

Starry Sky Cardbase: 4 1/4 x 7 3/4 scored @ 5 1/2

Basic White: 4 x 5 1/4

2 5/8 x 3 3/8

2 x 2 (die cut teacup)

Starry Sky: 2 3/4 x 3 1/2

Scrap of Gray Granite and Starry Sky 

Steps

1. Measure, score and cut your paper. 
2. Stamp on scrap ofBasic White  in Starry Sky ink the teacup and die cut it out. 
3. Use your blends and Wink of Stella to color the teacup. 
4. Die cut a Starry Sky tag. Die cut a Gray Granite hearts. 
5. Stamp on a scrap of Basic White with Gray Granite ink the leaves and die cut it out. 
6. Emboss the Basic White. 
7. Stamp in Starry Sky the saying on the bottom of the 4 x 5 1/4 piece of Basic White. 
8. Glue the embossed Basic White to the Starry Sky matte and glue down the leaves. Attach teacup with dimensionals but first attach about 1 1/2 inch of twine to the back of the teacup and to the back of the tag (see video).
9. Glue the DSP to the front top of the cardbase and glue in the Basic White for the inside. 
10. Wrap the Starry Sky ribbon to the top of the embossed piece and make a knot bow. Glue that down on top of the DSP. 
11. Glue on the Gray Granite hearts and embellish with the Iridescent Rhinestones.
