Miss Monday- Daffodil Afternoon Sale-a-bration Card

Today's Miss Monday cards were made using Sale-a-bration Designer Series Paper (Daffodil Afternoon) and a Sale-a-bration stamp set, Special Moments. This card was inspired by Lola Rist (a Demonstrator I found on Pinterest).

These cards look nearly exactly a like, but if you look closely to the one on the left you'll notice 3 extra flowers with a lighter shade of yellow. Those flowers were fussy cut out from another piece of DSP and attached with a mini dimensional!

Here is what the inside of the card looks like! This FREE DSP comes in a 12 x 12 size which means I can make 6 cards out of one sheet and have some extra pieces leftover when making a 4 x 5 1/4 card front. Use that piece for the inside of your card to help add some color and carry over the DSP look from the front.

I used the Special Moments Sale-a-bration stamp set for my greeting and stamped that directly onto the DSP in Mossy Meadow ink.

I changed up my "usual" fold and just changed my score line and cuts for this card to be more of "stand up" card verse "open up".

I made this card for the Queens swap and just LOVE how easy it was to make 12 of them.

This photo shows a little better the 3D effect with the 3 daffodils that I fussy cut out.

You can make this card too and get this paper and stamp set for FREE with a $50 order during Sale-a-bration. Click here to begin shopping today (sale ends February 28th).
