About Me

Who is Rachael Coon?

Hi Stampin' Friends! My name is Rachael Coon and I am an Independent Stampin' UP! Demonstrator from the US. I am a God loving Christian and proud Air Force  Space Force wife! As so, I move around a lot with my family. My husband and I have been married for 20 years, have 4 kids and had a wonderful Lily dog (you'll hear her in some of my videos) and now have a crazy dog named Kiwi (she was a shelter dog)! We have two teen girls, Brooklyn and Avonlea and two teen boys, Lincoln and Hudson. They enjoy meeting all of my stamping friends when I hold classes or clubs in my home. We currently live in California but are from Colorado (that is where I met my husband). However, as a military child and now spouse, I have lived all over the world. To name a few I've lived in Germany, California, Pennsylvania, Utah, Idaho, Colorado, Minnesota, Florida, and Ohio. I have lost count of all of my addresses but that is the great thing about being an Independent Stampin' UP! Demonstrator, I can stamp anywhere and move my business with me. I also currently work 30 hours a week at a local Elementary school as a one-on-one with an autistic student.  I enjoy lots of things; baking, hiking, but most of all stamping!

How did I join Stampin' UP?
I joined Stampin' UP! in October 2013 for only $25. It was the 25th Stampin' UP! Anniversary and to celebrate they offered it at this all time low price! By my story doesn't begin there. About 2 years before that I was introduced to Stampin' UP! from a friend who was a Demonstrator. She invited me to a product class where I fell in love with the color Crumb Cake and how everything coordinate. I then joined her monthly club where she would teach me how to stamp and each month I would add to my small collection. At this time in my life I was a young mother of 4 kids 7 and under. Stamping is just want I needed as a creative release and a chance to chat with other women. Well, my sweet friend got pregnant and decided not to continue to be a Demonstrator. Which I needed a new source to feed my new addiction. I joined another club, but that was short lived as she also became pregnant and no longer would be holding clubs or classes. Lucky for me in  the Spring of 2013 Stampin' UP! introduced Paper Pumpkin (an online subscription). This saved me! I needed something to think of ideas and allow me to create. It was a great supplement to the catalog, but I did miss ordering new things each month from the catalog. Well, fast forward to October when I ran into one of my old Demonstrator friend who told me about the $25 sign up deal! Great!! I was sold. Now I just had to find someone to sign up underneath. So I did what any sane lady does and asked my friends on Facebook. I got a couple of suggestions but one friend invited me to go to her SU club and meet Melanie Williams. She was great! Super creative, friendly, and I signed up right then and there! The rest is history! I started my own club with a handful of supportive friends (because I was still learning) and found my joy again and purpose. Not only was I using my own supplies to create beautiful paper crafts but was helping others too.

My Team-Royal Hearts Stampers
It didn't take long that I wanted to grow my Stampin' UP! family and my friends joined with me. I love being a team leader! I love helping ladies with their business and spoiling them for reaching their goals! You will hear me talk about them a lot and my up line team, The Queens of the Stamp Age (Queens), with Brandi Barnard. We have team meetings and best of all swaps!! There is something special that happens when you bond with other stampers. We are stuck together like glue and have formed friendships that will last a lifetime. I treasure all of my Stampin' Friends and consider everyone to be one. I am always looking to grow my team of Royals. Click on the join on my home page to sign up under me.
