Festive Friends

Supplies:

 

·       Stamp Sets: Festive Friends (166035); Festive Friends Bundle (166039);

·       Card Stock and Paper:  Everyday Happiness (166632) Real Red (102482);Thick Basic White (166782); Basic White (166780); Lost Lagoon(133679)                                                                                                                                         

·       Stamp Pads: Real Red (147084); Tuxedo Black Memento Pad (132708)

·       Tools:  Real Red Blends (154899); Bronze & Ivory Blends (154922); Basic Black Blends (154843);Nested Essentials Dies (161597); Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine (149653); Paper Trimmer (152392);

Measurements:

·       Thick Basic White : 5 ½” x 8 ½”

·       Basic White : scraps for stampin Santa and die cutting sentiment

·       Real Red C/S 5 ¼”x 4”

·       Everyday Happiness DSP: 5”x 3 ¾”

·       Lost Lagoon scraps for trees

 

Instructions:

1.     Score the card base at 4 ¼” and burnish on the score line.

2.     With the second-largest rectangle die, cut out of the center of the Real Red C/S.

3.     Adhere the Real Red layer and DSP to the card base with the Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

4.     Stamp snowflakes onto the rectangle with the Real Red Ink and adhere to the center of the card base.

5.     Die cut the trees from Lost Lagoon C/S using the bundle dies.

6.     Stamp the Santa onto the Basic White with Memento ink.

7.     Color Santa with Stampin’ Blends, then die cut with coordinating die.

8.     Die cut the sentiment shape and stamp the greeting in Real Red.

9.     Assemble the card: Add Santa, one tree and the sentiment using Dimensionals. Tuck the second tree behind the first with liquid glue.

10. Finish by adding Rhinestones for a touch of Sparkle.

·       Cardstock & Paper: Real Red (102482), Soft Sea Foam (146988), Garden Green (102584), Basic White (166780), Christmas Tags & More 6” x 6” Mix & Match Specialty Designer Series Paper or “DSP” (165907)

·       Ink: Tuxedo Black Memento (132708), Garden Green (147089)

·       Miscellaneous: Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine (149653), Paper Trimmer (152392), Festive Friends Dies (166038) or discounted with the stamps (166039), Stampin’ Blends Combo Packs in Real Red (154899) and Basic Black (154843), Wink of Stella Glitter Brush (141897), Black & White & Gold Baker’s Twine (166005), Traditional Sparkling Sequins (165875), Multipurpose Liquid Glue or “glue” (110755), Stampin’ Dimensionals (104430), Bone Folder (102300), scissors

 

Measurements:

·       Basic White: 5-1/2” x 8-1/2”, scored at 4-1/4”, folded, and burnished with the Bone Folder, 2-3/4” x 3-1/4”, 1-1/4” x 3”, scraps for snowflakes

·       Real Red and Soft Sea Foam: each 2-3/4” x 4”

·       Garden Green: scrap about 1” x 3”

·       Designer Series Paper: 4-1/4” x 5-1/2”

·       Twine: 10”

 

Instructions:

1.     Glue Designer Series Paper panel onto card front.

2.     Die cut three Basic White snowflakes and one Garden Green tree.

3.     Stamp Santa with Tuxedo Black onto Basic White, color with Real Red and Basic Black Blends, add Wink of Stella to gloves, coat bottom, and hat then die cut.

4.     Die cut tags from Soft Sea Foam and Real Red.

5.     Stamp greeting with Garden Green on Basic White, die cut then trim so it’s about ¾” high. Glue to bottom of Soft Sea Foam tag.

6.     Cut Real Red in half vertically then glue to back edges of Soft Sea Foam tag.

7.     Tie twine onto tag top, create a bow then trim ends with scissors.

8.     Add Santa to tag with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

9.     Glue tree to left of where tag will go then add tag with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

10. Add snowflakes with dots of glue.

11. Add three Real Red Traditional Sparkling Sequins.
