*This card was 100% inspired by Laura Milligan with a few switch ups and additions

✔Pop Up Card
✔Blending Brush
✔Stencil
I thought this card would be great as a Father's Day card with the play on "pop" or honestly for anyone who loves popcorn.
I created a "popcorn" stencil from the dies and used my Blending Brush to blend the shape and color in the die cut popcorn.
The Fun Fold comes from using the Nested Essentials Rounded Rectangle Die to cut just cut half of the shape. Watch my video to see how I did that.
This little popcorn man is what steals the show. Between his adorable classes or his huge shoes, he is so cute! Watch my video to see how I make the popcorn buttered instead of red like the bucket.

Measurements
Poppy Parade: 4 1/4" x 11" scored @ 5 1/2" & 2 3/4"
Basic White: 4" x 5 1/4", 4" x 4" (die cut)
Basic Black: 2" x 3"
DSP: 4" x 2 1/2"
Steps
- Measure, score, and cut your paper.
- Die cut 2 of the Nested Essentials largest rectangle in Basic White and one of each of the popcorn dies. *Save the negative from the popcorn dies to use as a stencil.
- Die cut in Basic Black 2 film strips, shoes and glasses.
- Die cut the Poppy Parade cardbase using the largest rectangle from the Nested Essential dies. Place the die in the middle of the 2 3/4" score line and only place the Stampin' Cut & Emboss plate on the bottom of the cardbase to the score line. See video.
- Fold up the card base and stamp "pop" 5 times in Poppy Parade.
- Stamp in Poppy Parade the popcorn man and stamp it in Daffodil Delight. Die cut them both out. Cut off the shoes of the Daffodil Delight and cut of the popcorn from the Poppy Parade. Glue them together. Glue on the glasses and shoes.
- Use the popcorn stencil to the top left of the 4" x 5 1/4" Basic White with the Blending Brush and Daffodil Delight. Use the Blending Blush on the die cut popcorn to add butter. Glue to the DSP to the bottom of the Basic White and glue to the inside of the card. Stamp "pop" in Poppy Parade over the stencil popcorn.
- Stamp in Daffodil Delight onto the Basic White Nested Essentials the fun popcorn and the saying "No one's butter than you". Glue to the inside of the cardbase matching to spot that was die cut on the cardbase.
- On the other Nested Essentials Basic White glue the film pieces and attach the popcorn man with Dimensionals. Glue to the front of the cardbase (see video).
- Embellish: Glue one popcorn to the card front and add the two others with Dimensionals. Add 3 Basic Black dots around the popcorn guy.
