New at SU Blog Hop- Handcrafted Hearts with Hearts Gusseted Treat Bags

Welcome to the NEW AT SU! Blog hop! We are a group of StampinUp! Independent Demonstrators from around the world who are full of creative paper crafting ideas to share with you and help get you crafting! This month our theme is Handcrafted Hearts!

I am sharing with you the Hearts Gusseted Treat Bags! These come with 16 bags in a set and the tops of the bag roll down on score lines to close up!

For my bag I added a tag from the Paper Tags Dies, some Real Red Ribbon, a heart punched from the Bee Builder Punch, and the Heart of Love 3D Embossing Folder.
I use Pool Party for my shade of blue. I personally LOVE using blue's with Valentine's since I make mine for the boys in my life (husband and 2 sons).
You could switch out the color to make it more feminine for friends!

I made sure to make a Basic White tag to glue to the back so I could have a place to stamp "Happy Valentine's Day" and a place to sign my name.
The great thing about these Hearts Gusseted Bags is they have a Basic White base, which means you can ADD color to the bag using a Blending Brush. I added a little Pool Party to mine!

Filling the bag with treats is half the fun.
I used my Boardwalk Fun palm tree dies to make a stem for the Chocolate Strawberry candy. Doesn't it look like a strawberry now???

This is just one fun idea using products that have hearts! To get even more ideas, keep on hopping. Be sure to leave a comment to let us know what you think! Up next is Loni
