Beach Boardwalk DSP Pen Holders

 

Now that Onstage is over, I can share with you some of the gifts I made for this event! 

A Paper Pen holder is a fun way to use up your pretty paper and give as a small gift! 

You can make it too with these measurements! 

Measurements

DSP: 6" x 6" 

Score @ 1 1/2", 3", ad 4 1/2"

1. Fold the top right corner and bottom right corner to the first score line to create a triangle.

2. Fold the top left corner to the second score line. 

3. Fold the DSP on the score lines and use adhesive or ribbon to secure the back tab.

I created this honey Fun Fold using the DSP and fussy cut the honey bear. 

This card was part of my Mega Stamp Camp and there is still space available for the Live Facebook event this weekend (kits are no longer available). Click HERE for more details. 

I used the DSP for the panels and for the bottom of the mini card. 

I even used the embellishments to have the 3 dots by the honey bear. 

I used the stamp for the greeting and for the jar of honey in the corner of the inside of the card. 

The only dies I used was the spoon top and the jar opening to slide the spoon into. 

The only thing I didn't use part of this suite was the ribbon and embossing folder.

Measurements:

 

·       Basic White Card Stock: 8 1/2” x 5 ½”

·       Homemade Sweetness DSP: 2” x 5 ½”

·       Basic White Card Stock: scrap for die approximately 2 ¾” x 3 ¾”   

 

Instructions:

 

1.     Adhere DSP 2” x 5 ¼”  piece near left border.

2.     Adhere DSP 3 x 4 ½” piece on top.

3.     Adhere DSP 2” x 5 ½” piece on top.

4.     Die cut shape for focal point.

5.     Stamp sentiment on Basic White die cut with Memento Black Ink.

6.     Add ribbon by looping back and forth and glueing to the card front.

7.     Adhere the sentiment over the ribbon with dimensionals.

8.     Add embellishments.

·       Basic White CS: scraps; Die-cut 3 flowers

·       Granny Apple Green CS: 1 ½” x 1 ¾”; Die-cut ribbon

 

Instructions:

 

1.     Stamps swirl in Misty Moonlight ink onto edge of card base as shown.

2.     Adhere the DSP onto Misty Moonlight CS layer.

3.     Stamp sentiment in Misty Moonlight ink onto Daffodil Delight Label.  Adhere to DSP layer.

4.     Adhere flowers with Mini Glue Dots and add Dots to flowers.

5.     Attach DSP layer to card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

6.     Adhere ribbon to label with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

Instructions:

 

1.     Measure, score, and cut your paper.

2.     Die cut the shield using the Basic Beige cardstock. Stamp with Crumb Cake onto the shield the saying and 3 stars.

3.     Stamp with Crumb Cake the large stars all over the front of the card base.

4.     Attach the shield with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
