Tuesday's Tip at Ten-Adhesive Sheets

Did you know that Stampin' UP! has adhesive sheets? They do and they are great to use to make your own "stickers" by running them through your Stampin' Cut & Emboss machine with your die of choice. They are great for little pieces that are hard to glue (like words). My tip for you today is to cut your 6 x 12 sheet into 1 x 6 inch stripes and cut off only what you need for the size you are cutting. I only needed the middle of my "birthday" to stick and was able to place just the right size for it. This way I don't waste a lot by putting it all over the cardstock.

Adhesive Sheets- $10 for 12- 6x12 sheets

*You could also use 2 sheets to cover a 12 x 12 sheet of DSP or Cardstock!

Manly Monday- Well Said Card

Four Manly Monday cards using the Well Said stamp set, Birch background stamp, the Hippo Friends Dies and the Well Written Dies for the "birthday" cut out. I even used the Nested Label Dies for the "belt" like look. I really do like the layout of this card and think it could have so many different looks with it. I added "banner" pieces behind 2 of the labels to make the "birthday" cutout easier to see. Scroll down and see how I made them and and links to the products from my online Stampin' UP! store.

All four of the cards, mostly the same except the front two have 3 x 1/2 stripe of Very Vanilla and Soft Suede as an accent banner.

This one has no banner in it. But I did use the In Good Taste Designer Series Paper for all of them.

I used my stamparatus to help me with Birch background stamp. I used the Soft Suede ink on Very Vanilla.

I always recommend the stamparatus for any LARGE background stamps like the Birch one.

For the center Dies I used the labels from the Hippo and Friends dies and the Well Written Dies for the Night of Navy "birthday". I then used the adhesive sheets to help me attach the birthday and used dimensionals to POP up the whole label.

For the  Stitched Nested Label Dies I suggest gluing them together first and then cutting them at the 2 1/8 on the larger Soft Suede one.

I hope you loved this Manly Monday card today because it will be one of my last featured this way. Starting in January 2021 I'll be doing a Miss Monday cards! I've made 4 Manly Cards every Monday for almost a year and have a GREAT stock pile of Manly Cards and need to have more girly ones. I'll probably switch back to Manly Mondays in 2022. :)

Royals Team Kit- Approaching Perfection Cards

Royals Hearts Stampers December Team Kit using the FREE Sale-a-bration stamp set! Each month I create a kit just for my Stampin' UP! If they want it, they send me $10 to cover shipping and the paper products but buy the stamp self from themselves and use their own ink and adhesives. This month's kit features 2 Sale-a-bration 2021 items that are available to everyone January 5th. I used a 6 x 6 One Sheet Wonder for the kit and used stitched shapes and layering circle dies to make 4 cards. Scroll down for all the measurements and a video I made for my team.
