Throwback Thursday- Check You Out Post-it Note Holder with Pen

Have you ever bought a stamp set and knew exactly what you wanted to make with it? But then time goes on and you never made that said project and never even used that stamp set? That was me with this ©Stampin' UP! stamp set, Check You Out. So, with school just around the corner I knew I had to create this post it note holder for Throwback Thursday!! Most of the items I use for Throwback are retired but I'll give you the measurements below so you can make some of your own post it holders as well.

My orginal plan was to make and sell these at my craft shows and I have lots of post-it notes and lots of pens (like in the hundreds). So if  you would like to place an order with me for them, they are $3 each plus shipping. :)

Measurements
Cardstock: 8 x 3 1/4 scored at 3 1/4, 3 3/4, and 4 1/4.
DSP: 3 x 3

You can make 3 holders out of one piece of 8 1/2 x 11 cardstock.
Pens I got from the Dollar Tree 10 for $1 (ordered online).
Post-it Notes I got when they went on sale at Costco.

Embellish with whatever stamp sets you have! To make the pen spot you just have to fold the score so the middle one is at the top. Then cut 2 lines to the score one inch away from each edge.

Visit my friends's blog to see great photos on how if you are confused.
