Stamp Camp Swag:
Every stamp camp attendee gets a Swag Bag, plus products and paper kits! My Swag included lots of fun things they could use at the camp and for long after. I tried to keep the stitched leaf theme!
Swag: Chapstick, Post-It Note holder with pen, pencil, Apple Cider Slider, bag of candy, mini popcorn and scrunchie (made from retired SU fabric).
Apple Cider Slider: Apple Builder Punch, Plaid Tidings Paper, and Woodland Embossing Folder
Bag of Candy: Mosaic Gusseted Cellophane Bag, Champagne Rhinestone, and Embroidered Ribbon
Stampin' UP! Products
Each camper was sent products to help them finish their card kits. The were all over a $20 value!
Linen thread, Holiday Rhinestones, Acorn Trinkets, Half a pack of Plaid Tidings DSP, and Bumblebee Ribbon
I loved how the all looked package and ready to go! I used the handmade scrunchie to tie up the bags. Then sent them using the Flat Rate Priority Envelopes. I had 9 ladies attend my class.
What is camp with out games?! We played 3 games and gave prizes for each. We played a Match the Leaf Game. I gave everyone the stitched leaves and they had to match it up the the name and Stampin' UP! market it could be found in. All four markets are represented in the Loves of Leaves stamp set. Then, we played find the golden Acorn game. Where they had a little baggie full of punches out of fall shapes from the Autumn Punch pack and one had the golden acorn! The last game was a acorn find scratch game. Where if they had 3 acorns they would win! It came with a lucky penny of course.
Scratch Card: Linen Thread, Celebration Label Dies, Love of Leaves stamp set. *I found the scratch off stickers at Target at the $1 section during back to school time.
Swaps & Display Boards
We also did a swap where there was a winner and had display boards available for them to look through on the Facebook group. I will share the swaps on another blog post (coming soon).
Grand Prize After Party
After the Zoom event was over, I tallied up the tickets everyone had been earning since the invite was sent. Some ways to earn Tickets could be by participating on the FB group, swapping, and sharing on social media with hashtag #RachaelsStampCamp. This was a way to reward them and help them get excited for the event! The Grand Prize party is held on the Facebook group and the Grand Prizes included: $50 shopping spree with me, 3 month's Prepaid Paper Pumpkin, and Bundle of your Choice. I needed items that I didn't have to double ship and could be sent straight to them. :)
I hope if you are a Stampin' UP! Demonstrator that this has helped you to try to plan your own Stamp Camp and I hope if you are a customer of mine you can see how much fun Stamp Camp is and want to join my next one!!
