Suggestions to Order
Any 4 DSP that is on sale right now!
*Most are $9.78 but In Good Taste is $17.85
Supplies
1 Sheet of Cardstock (any color)
Stitched Leaves Dies
Plaid Tidings DSP
Tear Tape
Scissors
Tombow Glue
Measurements
Cardstock: 8 x 3 1/4 scored at 3 1/4, 3 3/4, and 4 1/4.
DSP: 3 x 3
You can make 3 holders out of one piece of 8 1/2 x 11 cardstock.
Pens I got from the Dollar Tree 10 for $1 (ordered online).
Post-it Notes I got when they went on sale at Costco.
Steps
- Take your 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of Cardstock and cut the 8 1/2 side to the 8. Score it @ 3 1/4, 3 3/4, and 4 1/4. Then cut it on the 11 inch side 3 times @ the 3 1/4 mark.
- Fold the center score line and take your paper snips a inch on each side and cut to the next score line (see video).
- Cut your Plaid Tidings 6x6 DSP into 4 3 x 3 squares (you'll only use 3 of them).
- Run your 3 x 3 DSP through your Stampin' Cut and Emboss machine with the Stitched Leaves Die of your choice.
- Glue with liquid glue the cut out 3 x 3 DSP to the front and glue on the leaf in the inside.
- Put tear tape at the bottom of the inside score line and on the top score line. Remove the bottom and glue down to make a spot for the pen.
- Put tear tape on the back of your post-it note pad and remove the tear top by the top score line and insert the post-it note pad.
- Add the pen to the holder and embellish how ever you would like. :)
Happy Stampin' Everyone!
