Fun Fold Friday- Friends Are Like Seashells Cube Pop UP Card

 

Fun Fold Friday with a Cube Pop Up Card using the Friends Are Like Seashells stamp set and Designer Series Paper. This card looks harder then it is and is great because it folds flat and can be sent in a regular size envelope!

Thick Basic White: 3 1/2 x 8 1/2

2- 1 3/4 x 8 1/2

Score ALL at 1 3/4, 3 1/2, 5 1/4, & 7

DSP 6- 1 1/2 x 1 1/2

Steps

1. Take a piece of Thick Basic White and cut off 7 inches from the 11 inch side. Turn that paper and score it at 1 3/4, 3 1/2, 5 1/4 and 7 on the 8 1/2 side. Then cut it at 3 1/2, and 1 3/4. 
2. Cut your DSP. 
3. Die cut a layering square with scallop edges and score the bottom at 1/2. 
4. Die cut with the Seaside Seashell Dies out of Soft Seafoam cardstock some seaweed. 
5. Stamp in Sahara Sand above the score line.
6. Build your cubes. One end will be shorter than the rest and use tear tape to attach it together. (See video)
7. Glue on your DSP.
8. Stick on stickers or die cut seashells to attach. Use dimensionals for the larger die cut shell. 
9. Attach your your label with tear tape. Use an envelope as your guide to know how wide your card can be. 
10. Embellish with a Opal Round.
