Tuesday's Tip at Ten is to send confetti made from punches and stamp the outside of your envelopes! Let's send a party to our friends this Valentines and included something to make them happy before they open the envelope! I stamped the Snailed It on my envelopes because they have the BEST sayings for sending mail (I think)! I used the Kiss Punch and scraps of Brushing Bride and Bermuda Bay cardstock. The bonus to sending confetti is that they can use that and make something fun with it as well!
