Miss Monday- Turtle Friends Cards

Today's Miss Monday cards were inspired by the New Annual catalog. I used the same layout and stamp set but just switched out the colors, DSP, and added some linen thread! When you create with Stampin' UP! you don't have to start from scratch! I used the Turtle Friends Punch Bundle to create these two cards.

Turtle Friends Bundle

I always make at least 2 Miss Monday cards and these ones are already spoken for! Rarely do I plan to be late to send cards, but then there are months (May and December) just seem to be extra busy for me and it is good to have some late Birthday wishes ready to send.

I love a good play on words kind of card and so this is totally a "Rachael" stamp set. You know! When you see a stamp set in a new catalog and it makes you think of someone who would love it too?! That is this stamp set to me. Why? Because it is cute and has funny/punny stamped words!

There are two shell "color in" choices and since I couldn't pick just one, I had to use both. One for the card and one for the envelope.

The really cool thing about this turtle is that he is part of a Punch Bundle. I saved 10% when I got the stamp set with the punch. I love that I was able to make this turtle with ease and pop out of card by using dimensionals.

You can make this card to when you shop at my online store (be sure to use the hostess code) and follow the steps below!
