Prince & Princess Swan Baby Shower Card

 

I recently went to a Drive by Baby Shower where the invitation/theme was white/pink swans (see invite image below). So lucky for me I had just gotten this Hostess Stamp Set called Prince & Princess that has the best swan and frog images with great sayings! 

Here is what the invite looked like! When she opened her card and present from me on Zoom, she was so excited for this card and said she was going to frame it! That made my heart so happy, especially since this is my own design. 

This stamp set can only be ordered with Hostess Rewards. This one I added one more row of gold embossed flowers on the bottom. I am still not sure which one I like better. Both are just beautiful! 

Be sure to finish the card by stamping on the inside with the floral image. 

Here is close up of the swan with it's nest of flower and cute little tiara. I really do love this saying as well, "Little Princess". My Dad use to call me his princess when I was growing up as the only little girl in my home. So this saying holds a special space in my heart!

Blushing Bride Cardbase: 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 scored @ 4 1/4

Blushing Bride & Basic White: 4 x 5 1/4

Blushing Bride: 1/2 x 4

scrap to emboss flowers on

Steps

1. Measure, score and cut your paper. 
2. Emboss your Blushing Bride 4 x 5 1/4 piece and glue to the front of the cardbase. 
3. Stamp in Blushing Bride on your Basic White and glue that inside your cardbase. 
4. Stamp your swan on a scrap of Basic White in Blushing Bride and fussy cut out with your paper snips.
5. Emboss with gold embossing powder the flowers, tiara, and greetings. Fussy cut out the flowers and tiara. Trim your paper with greetings to fit the size. 
6.  Attach the vellum square with a glue dot and attach your swan over it with dimensionals. 
7. Add your greetings and flowers with dimensionals. 
8. Embellish with gems.
