Today's Throwback Thursday comes from a recent card swap in April with my team. This was made by the talent Stefanie Wilcox and she used the Meant To Be stamp set! I love how she punched out heart shapes in the same color and attached to the card front. The stamp set is retired but she did use a lot of current items and one item that is one sale.
