Miss Monday Card with a Black & White only theme! For a team swap our challenge was to make a card where black & white was the main idea about the card. I could have added a pop of color but I took it to the extreme and used only black & white.
I did too different ones just by changing the ribbon. Which do you prefer? White Crinkle Seam Binding Ribbon or Black & White Gingham Ribbon?
I used the Hand-Penned Petals stamp set and the Sweet As A Peach stamp set.

Measurements
Basic Black Cardbase: 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 scored @ 4 1/4
2 Basic White: 4 1/8 x 5 3/8
DSP: 4 x 5 1/4
Steps
- Measure, score, and cut your paper.
- Stamp in Versamark onto your Basic Black the flower image and coat with the white embossing powder. Melt the powder with the Heat Tool.
- Die cut that flower out.
- Die cut your Stitched So Sweetly shape in Basic White and stamp on the bottom of it the "Happy Birthday".
- Stamp on one of the Basic Whites the greeting for the inside and in the corner another flower image. Glue to the inside of the cardbase.
- Glue the DSP to the Basic White and then attach the ribbon to the back of it and then glue to the cardbase.
- Attach the scalloped rectangle with dimensionals and the die cut flower with dimensionals.
- Tie a bow and use a glue dot to attach to the ribbon.
