This card uses the Black Glitter Paper and the punch to create these cute penguins. 


Measurements
Misty Moonlight Cardbase: 4 1/4 x 11 scored @ 4 1/4
DSP: 4 1/4 x 3
2 Fresh Freesia: 4 1/4 x 1/2
Basic White: 4 x 5 1/4

Steps
  1. Measure, score, and cut your paper. 
  2. Die cut the Label in Basic White and emboss with the Wintry 3D snowflake folder. 
  3. Die cut Fresh Freesia scallop circle and stamp in Misty Moonlight "season's greetings".
  4. Punch out the black glitter paper for the body, Coral for the feet, and white for the tummy and face. 
  5. Stamp Misty Moonlight eyes and a Coral beak. Glue your penguin pieces together. 
  6. Glue the Freesia strips to the DSP and glue onto the cardbase. '
  7. Stamp snowflakes in Misty Moonlight to the cardbase and the Basic White for the inside. 
  8. Attach the label with dimensionals and the circle. 
  9. Embellish with Opal Rounds. 


This fun card uses the DSP for the Polar Bear and the Penguin by fussy cutting them out first. 


Even add a creature to the inside of your card (cute little fox).

Measurements
Soft Seafoam cardbase: 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 scored @ 4 1/4
2 DSP: 4 x 5 1/4 mark @ 3/4 on each long end and cut to it
Soft Seafoam: 3 x 3/4
Basic White: 4 x 5 1/4

Steps
  1. Measure, score, and cut your paper. 
  2. Stamp in Misty Moonlight onto your Soft Seafoam strip. 
  3. Cut one or both of your DSP at an angle at the 3/4 to the 3/4. 
  4. Fussy cut out your 3 friends with your paper snips from the DSP.
  5. Assemble: glue you dsp to the cardbase. Attach your label and DSP friends with dimensionals and glue to the inside of the card the Basic White. 
  6. Embellish with Opal Rounds. 


The stamp set has great sayings for Birthday cards too! 


I've use black embossing powder to create these penguins but you could stamp them in Memento Ink too. 

Measurements
Thick Basic White Cardbase: 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 scored @ 4 1/4
2 Just Jade: 5 1/2 x 1/2
1/2 x 2 1/2
DSP: 5 1/2 x 2
Vellum: 5 1/2 x 1 3/4

Steps
  1. Measure, score, and cut your paper. 
  2. Emboss with black embossing power or stamp in Memento ink 2 penguins and punch them out. 
  3. Stamp his beak and feet in Coral.
  4. Stamp one bow in Misty Moonlight as a bow tie. 
  5. Stamp one bow in Freesia onto a scrap of paper and fussy cut it out. 
  6. Stamp Happy Birthday in Misty Moonlight and fussy cut it out .
  7. Stamp in Misty Moonlight the "to the coolest friend ever" onto the Just Jade. 
  8. Assemble: glue the Just Jade to the back of the DSP and glue to the card base. Use glue dots to attach the vellum. Attach the penguins with dimensionals and glue on the "Happy" and "Birthday". Attach the label with mini dimensionals. 
  9. Tie a bow from the twine and attach with a glue dot



This fun card uses the DSP again for the fun images, but adds a frame made from the stitched rectangles and learn how to make the perfect snow hill. 


Follow the steps below to make this picture perfect snow scene. 

Measurements
Fresh Freesia Cardbase: 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 scored @ 4 1/4
DSP: 4 1/4 x 5 1/2
Basic White: 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 (for the frame)
4 1/4 x 3 1/2 (for the snow hill)

Steps
  1. Measure, score, and cut your paper. 
  2. Fussy cut out 3 DSP friends.
  3. Die cut 2 rectangles (one inside the other) to create the basic white frame.
  4. Stamp in Just Jade on the bottom of the 4 1/4 x 3 1/2.
  5. Stamp on the top of the Basic White with the "snow hill" stamp and cut just below it. 
  6. Assemble: Glue on the DSP to the cardbase. Glue the frame onto the DSP. Use dimensionals to attach the snow hill.  Use dimensionals to attach the DSP friends.
