Tuesday's Tip at Ten- Tips on Punching DSP

Tuesday's Tip at Ten with some Punching DSP Tips. First, before you punch out DSP shapes cut it out around the image, especially if you want to use the other images near it. The Sale-a-bration Penguin Playmates DSP has some of the cutest images. There is only the punch for the penguin but you can fussy cut out the fox and polar bear.

Once you have your DSP piece cut out, it is now too small to hold while trying to punch it out. So just take a scrap of paper and attach to the bottom of the penguin with a tiny bit of glue. I have a million little Basic White scraps because I am always cutting them done to 4 x 5 1/4 to glue to the inside of a card. This creates a 1/2 scrap, which is perfect to make this "punch handle". Once you punch out the penguin it also cuts off the handle. Just a tiny piece is left behind the penguin and will be unseen.

Happy Stampin' Everyone!!!
