Wonderful Wednesday- Pretty Pillowbox Treat Holders

 


It is Wonderful Wednesday! This week I want to share with you how WONDERFUL the Pretty Pillowbox Dies are to make cute and easy Treat Holders! 



You can make any kind you want by using different Designer Series Paper or by stamping on your cardstock. I made a Christmas and Halloween one. 



I was able to fit in two Godiva chocolates into one pretty pillowbox. 


The best part of this treat holder is that it requires no adhesive!

Supplies
Pretty Pillowbox Dies
Tiding of Christmas DSP
Cute Halloween DSP
Ribbon- Real Red Mini Ruffle, Evening Evergreen Chevron Weave Ribbon 
Basic White Cardstock
White Twine

Always Recommended
Paper Snips
Trimmer
Simply Shammy
Die Cutting Machine
Bone Folder
Adhesives: Tombow, Tear Tape, Seal, & Dimensionals

Measurements
6 x 6 DSP
8 inches of ribbon
scrap of Basic White

Steps
  1. Die cut your DSP with the Pretty Pillowbox Dies. 
  2. Die cut a Basic White tag. 
  3. Cut your choice of ribbon by 8 inches. 
  4. Fold your DSP along the score lines and "pinch" the ends (don't use a bone folder).
  5. Wrap your ribbon and make a knot bow. Attach the tag first if you are not using the twine to attach it. 
  6. Stuff full with favorite candy!
