Fun Fold Friday- Slider Pocket Gift Card Holder

 


Fun Fold Friday inspired by Dawn Griffith. I used the brand new (limited time) Ever Eden Designer Series Paper and the Tiding & Trimmings stamp set to create this Slider Pocket Gift Card Holder Card. 
This would make a great co-worker or teacher gift!  


Open up this card and out slides a pocket that can hold a gift card, money, or even lottery tickets! Be sure to watch the video below so you can learn how to make this card too!

Tiding & Trimmings Stamp Set
Pine Tree Punch
Layering Circle Dies
Ever Eden Specialty Designer Series Paper
Soft Succulent Open Weave Ribbon
Paper- Basic White, Soft Succulent, Evening Evergreen
Ink- Soft Succulent, Evening Evergreen
Dimensionals

Bone Folder
Adhesives: Tombow, Tear Tape, Seal, & Dimensionals


Measurements
Evening Evergreen Cardbase: 4 1/4 x 11 scored @ 3 1/4 x 8 3/4
DSP: 4 x 6 scored @ 1/2 & 5 (inside)
4 x 2 (bottom front)
4 x 3 (top front)
4 x 2 1/2 (pocket)
Basic White: 3 x 4
Ribbon: 12 inches 

Steps
  1. Measure, score and cut the paper. 
  2. Die cut out a Basic White Circle and a Soft Succulent Scalloped Circle. Stamp on the Basic White the sayings in Evening Evergreen. Then glue the circles together. 
  3. Punch out an Evening Evergreen Tree. 
  4. Stamp in Evergreen and Succulent on the 4 x 3 piece of Basic White. 
  5. Glue the 4 x 6 piece of DSP to the Basic White (see video).
  6. Glue the 4 x 6 piece of DSP at the 1 inch score the 4 x 2 1/2 piece of DSP to form a pocket. 
  7. Glue the back of the Basic White and attach to the top of the inside of the cardbase. 
  8. Glue the DSP to the front top and bottom. 
  9. Wrap 12 inches of ribbon around the bottom of the card and tie a knot. 
  10. Attach the stamped circle with dimensionals but only on the top.
  11. Attach the punched out tree with dimensionals but only on the bottom.
