Wonderful Wednesday- Gift Wrap Christmas Card

Wonderful Wednesday with a card making with Christmas Wrapping Paper!!! Crazy right?! Or is it?
Here is how I got the idea...I was wrapping gifts for my family when I noticed how pretty my wrapping paper was (from Costco). And I thought, "Man, this paper sure would make a pretty card!" But who makes cards from wrapping paper? But since it is "paper" and I love paper, and I am a bit crazy I thought I would give it a try and LOVE the results. It truly is wonderful!

If you order today or on any Wednesday this month, I'll send you the Cute Stars as a gift from me! Just use the Hostess Code at checkout!
Hostess Code = 2MA3U7S3

Because I used paper that doesn't "coordinate" with Stampin' UP! inks, I chose my ink color to match my card base.

To create the tag I used the dies called, Tailor Made Tags Dies but if you don't have those you could just cut out a rectangle that will match the size of your stamp set and use a hole punch.

I used the Gold Shimmer Ribbon for this one and it matched so well. It is just one of the gold ribbons Stampin' UP! has.

Cards with Designer Series Paper

If you don't have wrapping paper that you love, you can stick to the beautiful Designer Series Paper as well.

This paper was a Sale-a-bration paper from August but you could use whatever DSP you have in your craft room! Or click here to see what Designer Series Paper you can order.

You can change up the ribbon to make it match the paper you use!

I used the Real Red Ribbon and Black Glitter Ribbon for these too!
