Tuesday's Tip at Ten- How to Make a Jumbo Card
Sometimes you need a little more space to write a BIG message or to have room for multiple people to sign the card. That is when a Jumbo card comes into play! They are easy to make and here is how!
Supplies
Two 12 x 12 sheets of cardstock
Tear Tape
Dies or Stamp Set of Choice
(I used the retired large letters with the Waves of the Ocean DSP and the Wave Dies)
Measurements
12 x 12 cardstock scored at 1 inch
Steps
- Measure and score both sheets of your 12 x 12.
- Attach Tear Tape to one sheet of cardstock just left of the score line.
- Line up the score lines for both sheets and stick them together. It will create a "book" opening.
- Decorate however you would like!
This is the size compared to a regular A2 card. It is basically 6 times larger!
Bonus Tip: Don't use dimensionals when you are decorating the front. Keep it as flat as you can, so both sides of the inside can be signed/written on.
Happy Stampin' Everyone!!!
