Fun Fold Friday- Nuts About Squirrels & Sale-a-bration DSP

 

The Nuts About Squirrels stamp set pairs perfectly with the Rings of Love Designer Series Paper from the Sale-a-bration Flyer! It is for FREE with a $50 order!!! 

This Fun Fold was inspired by Karen Titus swap from the Leadership swap! I am not sure what to call it or what the name of it is but I LOVE it! 

Once it is opened it looks like a continuously flow of DSP.

It closes right up to show just the front squirrel.

Nuts About Squirrels Stamp Set ($17)

Stylish Shapes Dies ($30)

Paper- Crumb Cake, Very Vanilla

Ink- Early Espresso, Crumb Cake

Brushed Metallic Adhesive Backed Dots ($9)

Measurements

Crumb Cake Cardbase: 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 scored @ 4 1/4 & 1 1/2

DSP: 5 1/4 x 6 cut @ 2 3/4 & 1

Very Vanilla: 4 x 5 1/4

Crumb Cake: 3 x 1

Steps

1. Measure, score, and cut your paper. 
2. Die cut the Very Vanilla square and the Crumb Cake banner. 
3. Stamp in Early Espresso the squirrel outline and stamp the color in with Crumb cake. 
4. Stamp the top of the acorn in Early Espresso but stamped off once. Stamp the bottom of the acorn in Crumb Cake but stamped off once. 
5. Stamp in Early Espresso the "hey there" onto the banner. 
6. Stamp on the Very Vanilla 4 x 5 1/4 the saying and glue to the inside of the cardbase. 
7. Glue the DSP 5 1/4 x 2 1/4 to the right side of the Very Vanilla. 
8. Glue only half of the DSP onto the front of the cardbase and line up with DSP underneath (see video). 
9. Glue on the last DSP 1 x 5 1/4 to the inside left side of the center score line. 
10. Glue on the stamped square to the front and attach the banner with dimensionals. 
11. Embellish with the Metallic Dots.
