Miss Monday- Stamp & Share Crew Charming Sentiments

It is Miss Monday, the day I share with my Stampin' Friends a more girlie card (usually for Birthdays)!

Today I am sharing with you a card creation from the Stamp & Share Design Crew! This stamper used the Charming Sentiments Bundle. This bundle is for YOU if you love the fussy cut look without all of the fussy cut time. Because these dies go perfectly around the stamped WORDS!!! Crazy right!

Here is a great example of how to use this bundle!

Measurements:

·       Polished Pink Card Stock: 8½” x 5½”, scored at 4¼”; scraps (candles)

·       Basic Black Card Stock: 4” x 5¼”; 3¾” x 1”, scraps (candles)

·       Basic White Card Stock: 3¾” x 5”, scraps (sentiment)

·       Crushed Curry Card Stock: scrap (flame)

·       Metallic Mesh Ribbon:  4”

Instructions:

1.     Create cardbase by folding the Polished Pink Card Stock (CS) at the scoreline and burnish with Bone Folder.

2.     Using your Stampin’ Cut and Emboss Machine and the Dots and Spots Die, create the spots in the Basic White CS. Adhere it to the large Basic Black CS piece.  Adhere that to the front of your Polished Pink Cardbase.

3.     With the Sentiment Silhouettes Dies, cut the 5 candle backgrounds (from the Basic Black CS scrap), the 5 candles (from the Polished Pink CS scrap) and 5 flames (from the Crushed Curry CS scrap). Adhere candles using the Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  Apply Wink of Stella Glitter Brush to the candles.

4.     Adhere the candles to the front of the Cardbase as shown in photo.

5.     Adhere the Basic Black CS strip horizontally near the center of the card, it should cover the bottom of the candles.

6.     Stamp the sentiment from the Charming Sentiments Stamp Set in Polished Pink ink on the Basic White CS scrap. Then die cut using the coordinating die in the Sentiment Silhouettes Dies.

7.     Tie a knot in the middle of the Metallic Mesh Ribbon.  Use a Mini Glue Dot to adhere the knot to the back center of the cut sentiment. Adhere a Stampin’ Dimensional on each side of the cut sentiment then adhere to the center of the Basic Black CS strip.

 Happy Stampin' Everyone!!!
