Stamp Set of the Month- Spruced Up

 


This was my Stamp Set of the Month for November and I am just now being able to share it (November was a crazy month). My team members were able to order this kit from me for just $10. I hope this kit inspires you to make something great with this Stamp Set, Spruced Up. 
This set is $18 in the US and is retiring January 4th. The dies I used have already sold out!

Measurements
Thick Basic White: 4 1/4 x 11 scored @ 5 1/2
Polished Pink: 3 x 4
Granny Apple Green: 4 1/4 x 1 3/4
Basic Gray: 3 x 1 1/2
Basic White: 3 x 4 (die cut trees)


Steps
  1. Measure, score, and cut your paper. 
  2. Stamp in Parakeet Party and Polished Pink the small and large trees onto the Basic White. Die cut them out. 
  3. Stamp onto the Polished Pink with Polished Pink the snowflake randomly. 
  4. Using Versamark, White Embossing Powder, and the Heat Tool, heat embossing onto the Basic Gray. 
  5. Glue the Granny Apple Green to the bottom of the card base. Glue the Basic Gray to the bottom of the Polished Pink. Attach the trees with dimensionals. Attach the whole Polished Pink to the cardbase with dimensionals. 
  6. Embellish with a bow made with the Parakeet Party ribbon. Attach with a glue dot at the bottom of the green tree. Place a Iridescent Rhinestone on top of the pink tree.

Shaded Spruce Cardbase: 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 scored @ 4 1/4
Granny Apple Green: 5 x 3 5/8

Basic White: 4 x 5 1/4

Shaded Spruce: 2 x 2
Polished Pink: 2 x 2
DSP: 2 x 2 (times 3)
Baker's Twine: 3 inches times 3
3 small bows (about 5 inches)


Steps
  1. Measure, score, and cut your paper. 
  2. Die cut out a Basic White Stitched Rectangle (3 3/8 x 4 3/4 size).  Stamp in Granny Apple Green the small cluster of snowflakes. 
  3. Die cut out the outline of the ornament with the 3 colors of cardstock.
  4. Die cut out 3 pieces of DSP with the ornament but only keep the inside circle. 
  5. Stamp onto the Basic White with Shaded Spruce the Merry Christmas and fussy cut it out. 
  6. Use Seal on the top back of the stitched rectangle and attach 3 strands of the Basic White Baker's Twine (see video for tips). 
  7. Glue the rectangle to the Granny Apple Green matte. 
  8. Pull the Baker's Twine down onto the Basic White and secure the end with a dimenional. Place the DSP circle over the dimensional. Do this for all 3 ends of Baker's twine. 
  9. Attach the matching ornament outline to the DSP by using a mini dimensional at the top of each dsp and sticking the "hole" of the ornament over the mini dimensional (see video).
  10. Make 3 bows with the Baker's Twine and use a glue dot or attach over the mini dimensional where the hole is. 
  11. Attach the Merry Christmas with dimensionals and glue the whole thing to the cardbase. 
  12. Embellish with 3 Rhinestones.

Polished Pink Cardbase: 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 scored @ 4 1/4
Basic Black: 4 x 5 1/4
Basic White: 3 7/8 x 5 1/8
DSP: 1 1/4 x 5 1/4
Shaded Spruced & Polished Pink: 1 1/4 x 1 1/8 

Steps
  1. Measure, score, and cut your paper. 
  2. Die cut from the center of the Basic Black the 2 present outlines. 
  3. Place the dsp over the Basic White where you want it to be and use a pencil to make a line on the top right side. Stamp just above that line with the Polished Pink and Shaded Spruce. Then erase the pencil line. 
  4. Glue the Basic White to the Black matte and attach the whole thing to the card base with dimensionals. Glue on your DSP. 
  5. Stamp onto the Shaded Spruce square and the Polished Pink square with the matching inks the lines and snowflakes. Glue the Basic Black present outline to the stamped cardstock and attach with dimensionals. 
  6. Embellish with 3 black Classic Matte Dots.

Thick Basic White: 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 scored @ 4 1/4
Basic White: 3 3/4 x 5 
1/2 x 2 3/4
Bermuda Bay, Granny Apple, & Mango Melody: 3 x 2 (die cut big tree)
Pool Party, Brushing Bride, & Flirty Flamingo: 2 x 1 1/2 (small tree)

Steps
  1. Measure, score, and cut your paper. 
  2. Die cut all of your trees. 
  3. Stamp onto the 1/2 x 2 3/4 Basic White with Bermuda Bay the greeting  and banner the ends. Stamp inside the card the "May it be yours..." greeting. 
  4. Use Bermuda Bay and the Wink of Stella Brush or Water Brush to flick colored flecks by inking up the brush tip and tapping it off with the tip of a bone folder (see video). 
  5. Use liquid glue to attach your trees. 
  6. Attach the Basic White to the cardbase with dimensionals and attach the banner with dimensionals. 
  7. Embellish with the Fine Sparkle Gems.
