Fun Fold Friday with the Little Monkey Easy Spinner Card!

This Little Monkey can spin when you open it up! There are many methods on how to make a spinner card and this is just one of them. I made this card for my Demo Swap group and I hope they just LOVE it too!!!

Supplies

Little Monkey Bundle (Stamp Set & Little Monkey Builder Punch)

Stylish Shapes Dies or Layering Circle Dies

Paper- Shaded Spruce, Basic White, Crumb Cake, Pecan Pie

Ink- Shaded Spruce, Tuxedo Black Memento, Lemon Lime Twist

Stampin' Blends- Shaded Spruce, Bronze (or any shade of brown)

Linen Thread

Tear Tape 

Measurements

Shaded Spruce Cardbase: 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" scored @ 4 1/4"

Basic White: 4" x 5 1/4"

Crumb Cake: 2" x 2"

Pecan Pie: 2" x 3"

Steps

1. Measure, score, and cut your paper. 
2. Die cut the inside left of the score line the Stylish Shapes Circle in the center. Score there at 2 1/8". Save circle for something else. 
3. Punch out 2 Pecan Pie monkeys, two Crumb Cake ears, and one monkey face. 
4. Stamp the monkey face with either the Memento Black or Pecan Pie. 
5. Stamp the inside of the card with Shaded Spruce ink the bunch of leaves on the top and the single leaves on the bottom. 
6. Use Tear Tape to attach the Linen Thread to the front of the cardbase and fold it over to glue it shut (see video). 
7. Glue one monkey face and ears to one of the monkey bodies and attach to the Linen Thread with Tear Tape. Attach the other monkey body so that the Linen Thread is in the middle. 
8. Use a pencil to measure where you want the branch to the be stamped on the Basic White. Stamp it in Memento Black and color the branch and leaves in with your Stampin' Blends. 
9. Stamp on the bottom right corner the saying with the Lemon Lime Twist. 
10. Glue in the Basic White to the cardbase and whine up your monkey (see video).
