Stamp Set of the Month- Cheerful Daisies

When you order the Cheerful Daisies Stamp Set from me in July, I'll send you this 4 card kit for FREE! But what is a stamp set without the awesome dies? Be sure to bundle and save 10% when you order them together from my online store.

In this kit, I really wanted to showcase different ways to use the set. So I have a card with only stamped images, one featuring the DSP, one showing how to stamp and die cut, and one with mostly just the dies! Let me know which one is your favorite!

Stamping Only

This card is super fun as the daisies inner fill stamp creates the background. I did die cut the label and heat emboss on it the greeting, but this card is a nice one to make lots of.

Measurements
Thick Basic White: 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" scored @ 4 1/4"
Garden Green: 4" x 5 1/4"
Basic White: 3 3/4" x 5"
Ribbon: 7 inches & 5 inches

Steps
  1. Measure, score, and cut your paper.
  2. Die cut from the center of the Garden Green the label. Heat emboss on that label with the White Embossing Powder.
  3. Stamp in Crushed Curry onto the Basic White starting with the biggest daisy first (about 3 of them). Stamp 3 of the smaller daisies.
  4. Stamp in Garden Green leaves around or near the daisies.
  5. Glue the Basic White to the Garden Green and attach the ribbon from top to bottom and secure the back of it with Tear Tape or Seal +. Wrap the 5 inch ribbon near the top and make a knot bow (tie a knot twice).
  6. Glue that all to the cardbase with liquid glue.
  7. Attach the label with dimensionals.
  8. Embellish with the Iridescent Rhinestones.

Designer Series Paper

This card has such a simple layout this is great to repeat with any DSP but I did use the Fresh As A Daisy Designer Series Paper for this look.

Measurements
Pebbled Path Cardbase: 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" scored @ 4 1/4"
Crushed Curry: (2) 1 7/8" x 2 7/8"
(2) 1 7/8" x 2 1/8"
DSP: (2) 1 3/4" x 2 3/4"
1 3/4" x 2"
Basic White:  1 3/4" x 2

Steps
  1. Measure, score, and cut your paper.
  2. Stamp on the Basic White with Garden Green the "oops-a-daisy".
  3. Glue the DSP and Basic White to the Crushed Curry mattes.
  4. Glue the panels onto the cardbase.
  5. Embellish with the Loose Daisy.
Stamps & Dies

This card uses the outline of the daisy and uses the color of the cardstock be the main color for the flower. I love the more masculine paper that I used from the Let's Go Fishing paper series.

Measurements
Smoky Slate Cardbase: 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" scored @ 4 1/4"
DSP: 2 1/4" x 5 1/2"
Basic White: 3" x 2 1/2" (die cut flowers)
3 1/2" x 4 1/2" (scallop rectangle)

Steps
  1. Measure, score, and cut your paper.
  2. Stamp 2 large daisies with the Shaded Spruce and die cut them out. Stamp in the center with the Crushed Curry.
  3. Die cut the scallop rectangle from the Basic White. Stamp 4 sets of leaves. Stamp full strength and then right beside it, without inking again, stamp another leaf.
  4. Stamp the greeting in the bottom right corner using the Shaded Spruce ink.
  5. Glue the DSP to the cardbase and attach the scallop rectangle with dimensionals.
  6. Attach the daisies with dimensionals.
  7. Embellish with the Tinsel Gems.
Dies

Lastly, is just the dies to make this floral card. However, we did die cut twice the same 3 flowers and then cut them apart to be colored on their centers and placed onto of the 3 together to create a fun layered look.

Measurements
Crushed Curry Cardbase: 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" scored @ 4 1/4"
Basic White: 4" x 5 1/4" (embossed)
1/2" x 3" (trimmed after stamping"
4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (die cut daisies)
Crushed Curry: 3" x 4 1/4"
DSP: 2 3/4" x 4"
Baker's Twine White: 18-20 inches

Steps
  1. Measure, score, and cut your paper.
  2. Die cut 2 of the cluster of daisies. Use your Paper Snips to separate one of the clusters.
  3. Color in the loose daisies with Dark Daffodil Stampin' Blend.
  4. Emboss the Basic White with the Fern Embossing Folder and wrap the baker's twine around it about 3 times. Make a bow and glue the paper to the cardbase.
  5. Stamp in Crushed Curry the "you made my day" and trim it down to size.
  6. Glue the DSP the the Crushed Curry matte and attach to the cardbase with dimensionals.
  7. Glue down the cluster of daisies and attach over it the loose daisies with dimenionals.
  8. Attach the saying with dimensionals below the daisies.
