Fun Fold Friday- Cradled in Love Sale-a-bration Card

I've been inspired by the talented Lisa Curcio over at her Stamp Studio with this step Fun Fold. You can see her Christmas Creations when you click HERE

She calls this card a "stair stepper". I used two New Sale-a-bration products to make my card.
Cradled in Love Stamp Set
Sunny Days Designer Series Paper

Both are FREE when you order $50 worth of product from my online store, which is really easy to do with the new Mini Catalog that came out January 4th!

I am loving the Cradled in Love Stamp Set because I am always in need of Baby Cards and never seem to have any when needed. My plan is to make up 20 cards using this set in hopes I am good for the year.
The Stair Stepper card folds flat to fit into an envelope and the diamonds match up in a row.

The back of the card has a spot to stamp and to leave a note.

This paper I thought was fun with the raindrops and clouds as a play on "baby shower". But you could use and DSP from this Sale-a-bration pack!

Give this Fun Fold a try by using the tutorial below!

Supplies

Measurements
Pool Party Cardbase: 5 1/2" x 11" scored @ 3", 6", 7 1/2", 9", & 10"

Steps- Basic White: 2 7/8" x 5 3/8"
1 3/8" x 5 3/8"
7/8" x 5 3/8"
DSP: 2 3/4" x 5 1/4"

Diamonds- Pool Party: 3" x 3"

2 1/2" x 2 1/2"
Basic White: 2 3/4" x 2 3/4"
2 1/2" x 2 1/2"

Steps
  1.  Measure, score, and cut your paper.
  2. Stamp on the 2 3/4" x 5 1/4" Basic White the greeting for the back with Pool Party ink.
  3. Stamp the cradle onto the largest Basic White diamond in Pool Party. Glue to the matte.
  4. Stamp the "welcome little one" onto the medium Basic White diamond. Glue to the matte.
  5. Stamp onto the Pool Party Diamond the baby images all over at random (see video).
  6. Using Liquid Glue attach the Basic White mattes to the DSP and then glue them to the cardbase at their matching steps. Glue the Basic White to the back of the cardbase.
  7. Attach the diamonds starting with the largest one first and by using dimensionals on the back. For the next two diamonds be careful with your dimensional placement to be just at the very bottom of the diamond (see video).
