·       Gold Textured Metallic Specialty Paper: 1” X 1 ½” for jingle bell die cut

·       Reindeer Fun DSP: 4” X 5 1/2” red & white jingle bells for envelope insert

Instructions:

1.     Stamp the Greatest Adventure Steam Train in Tuxedo Black Memento ink on the 3“X 4” white CS and cut image out with paper snips.

2.     Stamp the “Merry Christmas to you” sentiment using the Cherry Cobbler Classic Stampin’ Pad in the center of the 5”X 3 ¾” inside white piece of CS.

3.     Stamp the bundle of jingle bells from the Reindeer Fun Stamp Set in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink on either side of the greeting.

4.     Color in the jingle bells first using light wild wheat, followed by dark wild wheat around the sides of the bells where you want to create shading.  You can leave a blank space on the bells where you’d like to create a highlight.  You can use light daffodil delight to color in this highlight (optional).

5.     Die cut both the cherry cobbler and white Christmas label for the front card sentiment Using the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine.

6.     Stamp “Believe” from the Christmas Labels Stamp Set in Cherry Cobbler on the white label.

7.     Color in both the inside and outside sentiments using the Dark Cherry Cobbler Stampin’ Blend marker.

8.     Trim out the middle of the white label using the paper snips.  Adhere this to the middle of the cherry cobbler label using tear and tape adhesive.

9.     Die Cut the jingle bells from the gold textured metallic specialty paper.  Tie a short piece of real red & white baker’s twine to each bell and unravel the twine.

10. Place the remaining 5” X 3 ½” piece of basic white CS in the Snowflake Sky 3D Embossing Folder and run it through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine.

11. Assemble the inside of the card by affixing the black mat first, followed by the stamped and colored white piece using your favorite adhesive.

12. Assemble the card front affixing the black mat first.

13. Adhere a 6” long strip of Cherry cobbler & Gold ¼” Satin Ribbon to the left side of the embossed white card using a short strip of tear and tape adhesive on the top and bottom of the back of the white card stock.  Attach the white layer on top of the black mat using tear and tape adhesive.

14. Using Stampin’ Dimensionals, attach the steam train to the middle of the card front so that the front grill iof the train s slightly overlapping the ribbon.

15. Attach the large and small jingle bell to the top left of the card over the ribbon using a stampin’ dimensional under each.  If desired, place a small piece of tear and tape adhesive to the upper left of the ribbon above the bells to keep the twine in place.

16. Attach the Sentiment label to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals along the bottom of the sentiment and a strip of tear and tape along the top to match the height of the train.

17. Use the Wink of Stella glitter brush to add sparkle to the stamped snow drift in front of the train and the larger dry embossed snowflakes on the white background.

18. Adhere 3 large and 2 small white loose snowflake embellishments in the sky above the train using the fine-tip glue pen.  Apply the glue to the back of the embellishment and then hold pressure for 30 seconds or so before releasing.

19. Create a coordinating envelope by slipping the Jingle Bell paper from the Reindeer Fun DSP into the inside of the envelope.  Line up the top of the paper with the adhesive on the envelope and fold the flap over to create a crease.

20. Apply tear and tape to the inside of envelope flap along the top and bottom where the DSP will adhere.

21. Using your paper snips, trim away the excess edges of the DSP to match the curve of the envelope flap.

22. Enjoy!

Happy Stampin' Everyone!!!
