Here is my Layout Love Design for March using Stampin' UP!'s

Birthday Celebration Bundle

This Layout idea can be found in Stampin' UP! Annual Catalog on page 22. 

You can create this card too with my measurements and when you shop from my online store. 

The stamp set is great, the bundle is BETTER!

Measurements

Pool Party: 4 1/4" x 11" scored @ 5 1/2"

Basic White: 3 1/4" x 4 3/4", 3" x 1 1/2" (banner)

DSP: (2) 1 1/2" x 1 1/2", (2) 1 1/2" x 3"

Gold Foil: (2)1" x 2"

Steps

1. Measure, cut, and score your paper. 
2. Die cut the largest banner from the Stylish Shapes Dies and stamp in Pool Party "hooray".
3. Die cut two tassels from the Gold Foil. 
4. Glue the DSP to the Basic White. Attach to cardbase with Dimensionals. 
5. Attach banner with Dimensionals. Attach tassels with Mini Glue Dots.
6. Embellish with the Party Dots.
