Welcome to the NEW AT SU! Blog hop! We are a group of Stampin’ Up! Independent Demonstrators from around the world who are full of creative paper crafting ideas to share with you and get you crafting! We are showing you today how to make
BEAUTIFUL BACKGROUNDS.
I'm Rachael Coon with the Joy of Stampin' with Rachael and I used the Hearts of Elegance Dies to create a fun background for my card!
I made this card using the Hearts of Elegance Dies. This card was made for a Texture Swap at Onstage (a Stampin' UP! Convention).
All I did was die cut the hearts, glue them onto the Summer Splash cardstock, and picked one of my favorite embossing folders to run through the Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine.
This can be used with lots of different shapes that you can die cut or punch out. I kept it all one color, but you could even change up the colors of the hearts/shape.
I made sure to emboss the inside to match the front and just a little more texture.

Next time you make a card, give this fun background technique a try!
