New at SU Blog Hop Sketch Challenge with Addressed to You

Welcome to the NEW AT SU! Blog hop! We are a group of StampinUp! Independent Demonstrators from around the world who are full of creative paper crafting ideas to share with you and help get you crafting! This month our theme is to follow at sketch using Newer products.

Above is the sketch for this hop.
Lots of layers. The fun thing about sketches is you can keep the layer shape (rectangle) or change it. You can keep the ratio (size of pieces), or change it. I changed up the ratio just a little bit but stayed pretty true to the sketch.

I created this Birthday card using new products coming out in the January-April Mini Catalog.

Addressed To You was a fun stamp set to use because it already had that rectangle stamped frame image. Which I knew I wanted for my center piece.

I used the Mixed Up Patterns DSP for my layers and LOVE this look! I usually only use 2 colors in my cards and by using the DSP it encouraged me to use more.

My fun bonus stamp is the die cut, stamp and die cut again that main Basic White piece. The Textured Notes Die fix oh so nicely into that stamped image.

This is just ONE idea using the sketch! Get even MORE ideas as you keep hopping along! Be sure to leave comments to let the stampers know what you think!

I am happy to answer any questions about the techniques shown here! Please contact your StampinUp! demonstrator to make a product purchase. If you do not have a demonstrator, you can use the links below to order products from me or join my team.
