Tuesday's Tip at Ten- Die Cut Mattes

Tuesday's Tip at Ten:
Die cut the center of the matte to save on paper!

My co-worker asked me to make 10 of these cards (I gave her one for Easter and she loved it so much so wanted them to give to her Mom). Well, that is a lot of paper to not be using with the matte. So I decided to cut my matte's to size and then stamped the images in the center. Lastly, I die cut it out. You don't want to use Paper Snips because it will ruin your matte, but dies and punches are perfect for getting to the center.

I loved the way the cards turned out and loved how I saved paper by cutting from the center!

PS I used the Easter Lilies Bundle which is retiring May 1st. Click HERE to get your bundle today!

Pudding Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

I love a good cookie recipe and wanted to share with you a recipe I got years ago from my friend, Natalie Woll!

What makes this cookie so good is the amount of Chocolate Chips plus the small size! We just recently started using the bottom of a glass cup to "squish" down the cookie as soon as it is out of the oven!

Manly Monday- Sneak Peek Adventurous Sky

Manly Monday with a Sneak Peek to a Suite: Take To The Sky

This was my card design for April's Stamp & Share Crew but was inspired by my Fun Fold Friday.
Click HERE if you want to see how you can make this card using the Perennial Postage stamp set.

This card opens twice! First to lift up the side flaps.

Then a second time to reveal the message.

I am in LOVE with the dies that allowed me to make an old fashion plane! All of these products will be available May 1st from my online store!
