Fun Fold Friday: Nested Flap with Daisy Lane

Each Friday I go live on my Facebook page, The Joy of Stampin' with Rachael, at 4:00 pm PT (I'm in California). This card, Nested Flap Fun Fold,  was featured this week and I learned how to make it from the talented Julie Davison. 

I used the Daisy punch and the 1/2 circle punch for my daisy and added some sponging and wink of stella to the center.

Here is a great visual of everything you need to make this style of Fun Fold. It is up to you for what you add to your flap and the stamp set you use. The possiblities are endless! The supplies I used are all down below and can be found at my online store.

Measurements

Card base: 5 1/2 x 6 1/2 scored at 4 1/4 (Night of Navy) In Good Taste DSP: 2 x 5 1/4 Whisper White Inside: 4 x 5 1/4 Flap: 3 1/2 x 5 1/2 Bumblebee cardstock and cut out the largest Stitched Nested Die with it

Scrap of Whisper White for Daisy

Steps

1. Using your paper trimmer and die cutting machine cut out all your cardstock and DSP using the measurments above.
2. Punch out 2 daisies from your scrap of Whisper White and glue together in the center. Punch out the center of daisy with the 1/2 circle punch of the Bumblebee paper, sponge it's edges and add wink of stella to it. Glue on to center of daisy.
3. Score your Stitched Nested Label at 4 inches and add tear tape above the score line. Attach to the Whisper White cardstock for the inside on the top right side. Then glue to the card base.
4. Glue DSP to the bottom of your score line of card base and use bone folder to help it crease nicely. 
5. Lastly, stamp your saying, "Friend" or "Smile" in the top left corner of the Whisper White.
