Sweetest Border Dies



Here is a NO STAMPING  Christmas card made with the New Sweetest Borders Dies from ©Stampin' UP!'s August-December Mini Catalog. These will be available August 3rd to buy from my online store.

I love everything about this card. The traditional Christmas colors. The layers of layers and the beauty that shines even without any words. You can make this card too buy getting the supplies from my online store (after August 3rd 2020) and following my directions below.

Measurements
Cardbase: Thick Very Vanilla 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 scored @ 4 1/4
Embossed Cherry Cobbler 4 1/8 x 5 3/8
Shaded Spruce 4 x 5 1/4
Plaid DSP  3 x 5 1/4
Cherry Cobbler strip 1/2 x 5 1/4

Steps
  1. Cut all your cardstock and DSP following the measurements above. 
  2. Run your Shaded Spruce through your Die cutting machine using the Sweetest Borders Die that has all the pine leaves. Put it about half way on the cardstock leaving about one inch blank on the bottom. 
  3. Run your Cherry Cobbler through your die machine with the Lace 3D folder and glue to the front of your card base. 
  4. Use glue dots on the bottom of you cut piece of Shaded Spruce and attach to your DSP. 
  5. Put liquid glue on the back of your Cherry Cobbler strip and slide under the cut Shaded Spruce just under where the "berries" are. Use your wink of stella to color in the berries.
  6. Use your linen thread around the center and tie a bow in the middle.
  7. Tie a bow with the Embroidered ribbon and use glue dots to attach right over the linen thread bow. 
  8. Attach to card base with dimenionals and use bone folder to help you crease your score line.
