Beautiful Autumn Stitched Leaf Card

 


This Beautiful Autumn card I made for a swap and is truly BEAUTIFUL in person! I used the Beautiful Autumn and Stitched Leaves Dies by ©Stampin' UP!

Measurements
Early Espresso Cardbase:  8 1/2 x 5 1/2 scored @ 4 1/4
DSP: 3 x 3 
        3 x 2

Steps
  1. Measure and cut your paper.
  2. Run through your Stampin' Cut and Emboss (My Boss), your stitched leaves in 3 different colors and 3 different leaf shapes. 
  3. Use the Stitched Rectangle dies to cut out in Early Espresso and Whisper White a medium rectangle.
  4. Using your heating tool and white embossing powder, emboss your saying on the bottom right corner of the In Good Taste DSP that is 3 x 2. Also, stamp and punch our a little acorn and heat emboss it in white. 
  5. Run the stitched lines from the Stitched Leaves dies over your Plaid tidings DSP.
  6. Use a sponge and ink up the edges of each leaf.
  7. Glue every layer together and put the Whisper White stitched rectangle inside your card. Use dimensionals to pop up the acorn and the rectangle holding up all of the leaf layers.
  8. Embellish with a linen thread bow and the Holiday rhinestones
