Fun Fold Friday- Love of Leaves Card

 

Fun Fold Friday with a card full of layers using the Love of Leaves stamp set, Stitched Leaves, and the Plaid Tidings Paper from ©Stampin' UP! 

There is 3 main sections to this card that create fun spots to open. 

The inside  opens up to some Whisper White where you can stamp more or write a fun message. You can even create a pocket on the bottom flap. 

I used an embossing folder (Old World) to add texture to the Whisper White.

Bottom Base

Pretty Peacock Cardbase: 4 1/4 x 11 scored @ 5 1/2

Whisper White: 4 x 5 1/4

Middle Valley

Basic Gray: 4 x 7 1/2 scored @ 5 1/4

DSP: 3 3/4 x 5

3 3/4 x 2 (times 2)

Mini Card 

Basic Gray: 3 1/4 x 8 scored @ 4

DSP 3 x 3 3/4

2 Whisper White: 3 x 3 3/4

Steps

1. There are 3 parts to this card. Measure and cut your paper and keep them together for each part.
2. Bottom Base: Stamp a leaf in Pretty Peacock in the bottom left corner on your Whisper White and glue to the inside of your base. 
3. Middle Valley: Glue your DSP onto the Basic Gray and your DSP to both sides of the score line. Attach to the front of the bottom base.
4. Mini Card: Glue on your DSP and Whisper White to the inside of the Basic Gray. Then glue the embossed Whisper White to the card front. Glue on the Mini Card to the Middle Valley. Stamp on the inside if you would like. 
5. Die cut two leaves in Pretty Peacock and Cajun Craze using the Stitched Leaves. Attach with dimensionals and make a giant linen thread loopy bow and attach to the leaves with glue dots.
