Manly Monday- ImBringingBirthdaysBack Cards

 

Four Manly Monday using a retired stamp but this idea could be used with any current set! I used my Stamparatus to stamp evening and used the "hinge step" technique for these cards. I used only one ink color (Pretty Peacock) but by stamping it again and again was able to get an Ombre look to some of the cards. This is simple stamping at it's finest and is great if you are just starting stamping.

Inside each card I used the A Grand Kid stamp set to stamp the Happy Birthday Greeting.

Basic Gray Cardbase: 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 scored @ 4 1/4

Pretty Peacock & Whisper White: 4 x 5 1/4

Whisper White: 3 3/4 x 5

Steps

1. Measure and cut your paper.
2. Stamp your image either randomly on the 3 3/4 x 5 Whisper White using your Pretty Peacock ink or use your Stamparatus to create perfect lines and you the Hinge method for spacing.
3. Get the Ombre look by only inking your stamp once.
4. Add ribbon now, if you want to add an extra layer, using tear tape or seal+ to the back of the stamped Whisper White.
5. Stamp Happy Birthday on the Whisper White for the inside of the card. 
6. Glue layers together and poof, you are done!!!
