Tuesday's Tip at Ten- Two Toned Cardbases

Tuesday's Tip at Ten: How to make your cardbases two toned.
Sometimes you may want the whole card front to be a dark color but you need the inside to be completely white so you have lots of space to write on. That is why I suggest making cardbases that are two toned and they are easy to do!
Here Is How
It is easy to make a cardbase with a two toned look. All you need to do is know the card front size of your cardbase. My cardbases are usually 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 and so that is the size I will cut out. Then just use a strong adhesive to cover the whole piece. You want to make sure it is attached really, really well. The card above I used Stampin' UP! Multipurpose glue because my paper was not flat since I embossed it first. But Seal or Seal + would usually work just as well for smooth surfaces.

Here is a finished look of the cardbase above. I love this look! I hope you give this a try!

Happy Stampin' Everyone!!!
