Fun Fold Friday- Sweet Stockings Accordion Gift Card Holder

 


Fun Fold Friday with the accordion gift card holder using the Sweet Stockings Designer Series Paper and Stocking Dies.  Both are retiring soon but the Dies are 50% off right now!!!



This card will fold down flat and ship nicely with a pocket in the inside to hold your gift card.



It opens up like an accordion as each new piece enfolds with a different piece of Designer Series Paper. 

Supplies
Sweet Little Stocking Stamp Set
Sweet Stockings Designer Series Paper
Stocking Dies (50% off)
Paper- Crumb Cake, Thick Basic White, Pool Party, Vellum, Cherry Cobbler
Ink- Evening Evergreen
Artistry Bloom Sequins
Tear Tape
small circle punch OR Heart Punch

Adhesives: Tombow, Tear Tape, Seal, & Dimensionals


Measurements
Crumb Cake- 4 1/4 x 5 1/2
Thick Basic White 4 1/4 x 9 3/4 scored @ 3 1/4 & 6 1/2
DSP: 4 x 3 (2)
4 x 2
4 x 5 1/4
Pool Party: 3 1/4 x 3/4

Steps
  1. Measure, score, and cut your paper. 
  2. Stamp in Evening Evergreen onto the Pool Party. 
  3. Die cut your Vellum label. 
  4. Die cut your stocking with Basic White and Cherry Cobbler or just die cut out a stocking from the DSP. 
  5. Punch out a half circle notch from the center of the 2 x 4 piece of DSP. Use heart punch or small circle punch (retired). 
  6. Assemble: Glue the 4 x 5 1/4 DSP to the Crumb Cake. Glue the top and center DSP to the accordion fold and the pocket DSP at the bottom with tear tape. 
  7. Attach the vellum, stocking (with dimensionals) and label.
  8. Embellish with sequins. 
  9. Attach with Seal+ or strong adhesive the accordion to the center of the DSP/Crumb Cake piece.
