Tuesday's Tip at Ten- Builder Punch Guide

Sometimes Builder Punches can be hard to stamp just right! My Tuesday's Tip at Ten is to help you get the line up perfectly by creating a guide.

First, punch out from a scrap of cardstock the builder punch shape. I am using the Sailboat Builder Punch, which has 3 stamps images that you could punch out at the same time.

Next, line up the stamps faced down into the cardstock where the punch pieces are missing.

Then grab a clear block that would be big enough to have all 3 stamps on it (this one is a D block) and place over the stamps. Press a little hard on the back of the clear block to make sure the stamps attach to the block.

Lift up and now you can stamp your sailboat shapes all in one color and punch it out all at the same time.

Here is an example of what I made using this tip!!!

Hope this tip helps you with all of your Builder Punches! See all of Stampin' UP!'s Punches by visiting my online store here.

Happy Stampin' Everyone!!!
