Miss Monday- Amazing Phrasing Guitar Card

Miss Monday using two Sale-a-bration products! I used the Amazing Phrasing Stamp Set and the Wonderful World Designer Series Paper. Both are part of the FREE Sale-a-bration item when you order $100 worth of Stampin' UP! products from my online store. Summer Sale-a-bration ends on August 30th and these items are only available while supplies last! 

I used the Rugged Icons for that awesome guitar die cut. This die set is more of a masculine one but with the right color and DSP, it totally can be more feminine.  

It only seemed fitting to use the Merry Melody 3D Embossing Folder for the background texture. 

Two of my favorite parts of this card is the splatter look (just back for Tuesday's Tip at Ten to learn how I did that) and the assortment of embellishments. I used 4 different ones to be exact!

Thick Basic White: 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 scored @ 4 1/4

Basic White: 4 x 5 1/4

2 x 3

DSP: 3 x 4

Steps

1. Measure, score and cut your paper. 
2. Stamp in Orchid Oasis the "amazing" onto the Basic White 2 x 3 and fussy cut it out with your paper snips. 
3. Die cut out the guitar from the Basic White and set aside. Emboss that same piece of paper with the Merry Melody Embossing Folder. 
4. Use your paper snips to ruff the edges for that Basic White. 
5. Use a blending brush or sponge to add ink around the missing guitar spot (not all over). 
6. Using your ink and Water Painter splatter on some color onto the embossed Basic White.
7. Glue to the back of the Basic White the DSP so it shows through the guitar. 
8. Glue the guitar outline onto the DSP and attach the amazing with dimensionals. 
9. Attach the Basic White to the cardbase with dimensionals. 
10. Embellish with the Rhinestones, Pearls, In Color Dots, and Silver Peals in random spots.
