Miss Monday- Dragonfly Garden Stamp & Share Tutorial

 


Miss Monday with a Stamp and Share Crew Design using the Dragonfly Garden Stamp Set and Punch! 



This is set is no longer a bundle you can get together BUT they still work perfectly to make beautiful, natural looking cards.

·       Card Stock (CS) and Paper: Petal Pink CS (146985); Vellum CS (101856); Pretty Prints Designer Series Paper (DSP) (159245); Texture Chic DSP (158808)

·       Stamp Pads: VersaMark Ink (102283)

·       Tools:  Drangonflies Punch (154240); Heat Tool (129053); Paper Trimmer (152392); Bone Folder (102300); Silicone Craft Sheet (127853); Clear Block I (118488); Clear Block D (118485); Simply Shammy (147042)

·       Miscellaneous: Stampin’ Emboss Powders Metallic-Gold (155555); Mini Glue Dots (103683); Multipurpose Liquid Glue (110755); Tear & Tape (154031)

 

Measurements:

 

·       Petal Pink: 8 1/2” x 5 ½”

·       Vellum: 4 ¾” x 3 ½” ; 2 ¼” x 4”

·       Pretty Prints DSP: 5 7/16” x 4 3/16”

·       Texture Chic DSP: 4 ¼” x 5/8”   

 

Instructions:

 

1.     Score and fold the 8 ½” x 5 ½” Petal Pink CS at 4 ¼” on the long side to create the card base. Burnish the fold line with the bone folder to create a crisp fold.

2.     Adhere the Pretty Prints DSP to the the card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

3.     Stamp and heat emboss the images with VersaMark Ink and Stampin’ Gold Emboss Powder. The floral image is stamped on the left side of the 4 ¾” x 3 ½” vellum and the dragonfly on the 2 ¼” x 4” vellum. Punch out the dragonfly.

4.     Adhere the floral stamped vellum and the strip of Texture Chic DSP to the card front with Tear & Tape. The dragonfly is attached with Mini Glue Dots. To add dimension, layer several glue dots on top of each other and fold/roll them and place them under the body of the dragonfly.
