Fun Fold Friday- Best Z Fold with Speedy Recovery

Today's Fun Fold was inspired by Lisa's Stamp Studio and her Best Z Fold Cards!

I really, really like the images in this stamp set though... Speedy Recovery.  You could just about any stamp set or Designer Series Paper with this design, but these images and sayings are pretty awesome!

Because the card is so thick in the inside, it is a good idea to have a "belly band" around the card.

The Belly Band is something you can slide off and on. Watch my video to see the secret about this Belly Band.

This stamp set does not have any dies or punches, so I needed to fussy cut the tissue box and the cup.

You can make this card too when you shop from my online store and by following the directions below.

Steps
  1. Measure, score, and cut your paper.
  2. Die cut the largest Stylish Shapes square and stamp on it the spoon and greeting.
  3. Cut the Gray Granite Z fold from the 2 inch mark to the diagonal to the top left corner (see video).
  4. Take the 2 x 4 3/8 DSP and line it up to the first panel on the Z Fold. Mark it along the top to create an angle cut. Use the DSP as a guide for the rest of the panels. Trim the bottom of the panel as needed (see video).
  5. Stamp in Gray Granite the flowers and the greeting onto to the Basic White panels. Color the images with Stampin' Blends and use the Wink of Stella for the flower centers.
  6. Stamp in Gray Granite the tissue box and cup onto a scrap of Basic White and fussy cut them out.
  7. Stamp in Mint Macaron the top of the flowers onto the Belly Band.
  8. Glue the panels to the Z fold and attach the fussy cut images with dimensionals.
  9. Glue all the matching mattes together for the front and inside.
  10. Glue down the Z fold by putting adhesive on the back of the far right side panel (the one with the words) and attach the the corner and edge of the inside of the card. Do the same thing for the far left panel.
  11. Wrap the Belly Band around the card and place dimensionals on both ends. Attach the square over the dimensionals. There will be a gap but the square will cover it (see video).
