Tuesday's Tip at Ten: Tuck Your Clear Envelope Adhesive Flap Inside
Stampin' UP! has these amazing clear envelopes that are great for using when swapping cards with others. They have a flap on the top, by the opening, where there is an adhesive strip. Remove the backing and you can seal up the envelope. However, when I am using these clear envelopes for swaps I don't remove the the backing over the adhesive. Instead, I just tuck it down inside the envelope. It keeps the card pretty secure still and makes the envelope reusable.
Other swappers use the adhesive on the clear envelope and that is no big deal, but makes it hard to reuse. So I take out the card, tuck the adhesive side to the inside of the card and create more of a pocket. This way, my card can still slide in and out, but the adhesive isn't catching on the card every time I pull it out!!
Hope these tips help you out and I would love to hear how you use your Clear Envelopes!
Happy Stampin' Everyone!!!
