Manly Monday- Trusty Tools

Manly Monday with my Stamp and Share Crew Creation using the Trusty Tools Bundle and Trusty Toolbox Sale-a-bration DSP.

This card was so fun to make and would be perfect for your favorite handy man. I left the inside of mine blank but you could stamp in there the "thank you" or "Happy Father's Day" greeting from the set.

I used my Black Emboss Powder to create this dark, liquid looking greeting!

Be sure to use Dimensionals to make the tool chest look like it is "popping" off the card!
You can make this card too when you shop my online store and follow the steps below!

·       Lost Lagoon: 1 ¼” x 1/2”

·       DSP: 4” x 4”, 4” x 1 ½”, about 3” x 4” (5 tools worth)

Instructions:

1.     Measure, score, and cut your paper.

2.     Die cut from the Gray Granite the toolbox bottom, handle, and screws and bolts.

3.     Use VersaMark with the Black Embossing Powder and Heat Tool to heat emboss on the bottom of the toolbox.

4.     Glue the toolbox together by using the liquid glue to attach the Lost Lagoon on the edge of the toolbox bottom so you can see it through the holes. Attach the handle behind the toolbox with either liquid glue or Stampin’ Seal.

5.     Attach the tool chest DSP with Stampin’ Dimensionals to the front of the cardbase. Create space between the top and bottom DSP.

6.     Fussy cut or die cut the tools from the DSP.

7.     Toolbox: Use Glue Dots to attach the tools to the toolbox. Start with the biggest tool (saw) and build around it. Attach the toolbox with dimensionals to the bottom of the tool chest.

8.     Glue the measuring tape and screws and bolts to the top drawer (DSP) of the tool chest.

Happy Stampin' Everyone!!!
