May Layout Love- Layered Thoughts

 

Here is my May Layout Love Design using

Layered Thoughts Stamp Set! 

This design is super simple and used the "tear" technique. 

I took the leftover teared DSP from the front and put it to the inside of the card (I trimmed it to fit with the Basic White).

Measurements

Secret Sea: 4 1/4" x 11" scored @ 5 1/2"

Basic White: 4" x 5 1/4", 1/2" x 1 1/4"

Cloud Cover: 2" x 1"

DSP:(3) 4 1/4" x 1 1/2"

Steps

1. Measure, score, and cut your paper. 
2. Die cut one Cloud Cover banner and glue to the top right of the card front (on the score line). 
3. Heat Emboss with Versamark, Basic White Powder, and Heat Tool onto the Secret Sea cardbase the "thanks". 
4. Stamp onto the Basic White the "you" in Secret Sea. Glue below the "thank". 
5. Take each DSP and tear the top at a downward angle. Have two DSP start from the top left and go to the bottom and have one start tearing from the right and go to the left. Use liquid glue to attach to the bottom of the cardbase. 
6. Trim down the DSP leftovers to 4 inches and glue to the Basic White and then glue to the inside of the card. 
7. Embellish with one Cloud Cover Flat Pearl.
