New at SU Blog Hop- Quick & Simple Christmas

Welcome to the NEW AT SU! Blog hop! We are a group of StampinUp! Independent Demonstrators from around the world who are full of creative paper crafting ideas to share with you and help get you crafting! This month our theme is to help you have quick & simple Christmas cards that you could mass produce!

I used Stampin' UP!'s A Child is Born stamp set. The nativity image in this set looks great when colored in with Stampin' Blends or heat embossed (check out HERE to see those cards) but if you need to make a lot of cards fast, those two methods should be avoided.

To make it simple, use just one color of ink, one color of cardstock (with Basic White), one embossing folder, die and punch.

The secret of making lots of cards all at once, or mass producing, is doing each step in batches.

For these cards here was my order of operation.
1. Measure, score, and cut your paper (pick one color or do lots).
2. Die cut ALL your shapes (circles).
3. Dry emboss ALL the paper.
4. Punch out as many of banner pieces needed.
5. Stamp ALL one image. Stamp ALL the sayings.
6. Add Dimenionals to the back of ALL of the die cut shapes and punched banner sayings.

I used the In Colors for my cards and paired each one with a different embossing folder.

Secret Sea with Forever Plaid Embossing Folder

Strawberry Slush with Damask Designs Embossing Folder

Cloud Cover (with Secret Sea Ink) and Joined Together 3D Embossing Folder

Darling Duckling with the Dotted Circles 3D Embossing Folder

Timid Tiger with Exposed Brick 3D Embossing Folder

This is just ONE idea for some quick and simple Christmas cards! To get even MORE keep on hoping using the links below or clicking "Next"!

I am happy to answer any questions about the techniques shown here! Please contact your StampinUp! demonstrator to make a product purchase. If you do not have a demonstrator, you can use the links below to order products from me or join my team.

Happy Stampin' Everyone!!!
