Miss Monday- Happiest of Birthday Cards

 


Miss Monday Cards with the stamp set, Happiest of Birthdays! This was the stamp set I am using for my Stamp Camp for March (Nothing But Birthdays) and had a bunch of ideas of different cards and this design is one that didn't make the cut (it would require too much from my campers). I love this layout and literally used scraps to create this look. 


I used the Stitched So Sweetly Dies for the scalloped stitched rectangle

and the Sweet Strawberry stamp set and strawberry builder punch for the flowers

Of course the star of this card is the awesome font on the greeting from the Happiest of Birthdays,

Supplies
Happiest of Birthdays Stamp Set
Sweet Strawberry Stamp Set and Bunch
Stitched So Sweetly Dies
Basic White Cardstock
Smoky Slate Cardstock & Ink
Night of Navy Cardstockk & Ink
Brushing Bride Cardstock & Ink
Pearls
White Embossing Powder
Versamark
Heating Tool

Measurements
Blushing Bride Cardbase: 5 1/2 x 8 1 1/2 scored @ 4 1/4
Night of Navy, Brushing Bride, and Smoky Slate: 1/4 x 3 1/2
Basic White (inside): 4 x 5 1/4

Steps
  1. Measure, score and cut all your paper. 
  2. Die cut in Basic White the largest Stitched So Sweetly Rectangle. 
  3. Cut the strips ends at angles and glue them onto your die cut rectangle. 
  4. Emboss over the strips with versamark and embossing powder. 
  5. Attach to card from with dimensionals. 
  6. Stamp the flower image from the Sweet Strawberry in each color and punch out. 
  7. Attach flowers with mini dimenionals and add a pearl to the center of each one.
